Door Chelona ben ik op Curacao terecht gekomen.
Na een snel antwoord op mijn sollicitatie en wat verkennende gesprekken ging alles snel vooruit. Twee maanden later was ik aanvaard. Tijdens mijn eerste weken op het eiland kreeg ik van Xanthippe geregeld de vraag hoe alles verliep en of ze nog met iets kon helpen. Dit gaf me een goed gevoel, wetende dat zij er was indien ik met vragen, bedenkingen of opmerkingen zat. Zo is ze eens op bezoek gekomen naar Curacao, wat ik zeker apprecieerde. Dit gaf mij het gevoel om meer te zijn dan enkel een naam op papier. Ik heb verdere ambities om nog op andere plaatsen te gaan werken en hierin is ze ook enorm behulpzaam en helpt ze zoeken naar de juiste match.
